Cremation explained ...

The cremation process involves very intense heat, produced by natural gas, returning your pet’s body to its basic elements. The entire process can take two hours to several, depending on the size of your pet. The end results of the cremation are formally called “cremains” (cremated remains). They are usually referred to as ashes. Once the process of cremation has finished, skeletal parts remain. The bones are then reduced to fine sand-like particles or small pebbles via another automated process performed by the cremation operator. The cremains are placed into a sealed plastic bag along with a tracking identification tag, and then into an urn.
